Mixing system for greenhouse coatings
Applying coatings for a greenhouse in horticulture is extremely important. Gardeners, growers or contractors all know that mixing a well-concentrated coating can be a major challenge. Louter Control developed the software for the patented mixing machine BuitMix from Buitelaar Engineering.Augmented/Mixed Reality for crane operators
We helped to make the work of a crane operator safer. They need to see important messages and statuses immediately within their field of vision using eyewear which helps them to see things like the stability of the crane. This allows them to concentrate better and respond faster to real time information. Integrated UV disinfection in the watering system
Proper disinfection of water in horticulture is necessary for a crop to grow healthily. The UV disinfection system was specially developed for both pre-treatment and after-treatment of rain, surface and drain water. It helps growers save on water, fertilizers and energy!Integrated UV disinfection in the watering system
A UV-reactor was integrated with a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) into one system which takes care of the process control. The PLC communicates with the UV controller and the climate computer, so that the PLC starts and stops the process. It also controls the desired UV dosage based on the measured UV dosage and the controlled water flow that flows through the UV reactor.
Mixing on site
Louter Control developed a mixing system in which “frequency controlled pumps” can quickly create a mixture with the desired mixing ratio. This allows the desired mix of liquid to be processed directly on site!Mixing on site
Spray computer for coating and cleaning greenhouses
A spraying machine is intended for the mechanical application of coatings on greenhouses. It helps to protect the crop against over exposure to sunlight and makes the greenhouse surface easier to clean. The spray computer displays the expected screening and the exact amount used per second! The user can adjust the speed of the spraying machine by means of the observed product flow so that a perfect coating is easy to achieve.Spray computer for coating and cleaning greenhouses
Control system that prevents a crane load from swinging
Louter Control developed with EPMC Europe a control system to prevent the swing of a load of PTCs (Pipe Transport Cranes) . This was used for loading pipe segments on board the Allseas Pioneering Spirit, for example. Now the customer is able to get the pipe segments on board a lot faster and safer. Solutions for remote controlling/monitoring your systems
Louter Control can provide and integrate solutions for remote operation, monitoring, maintenance and diagnostics. This allows you to monitor and operate your installations while you are in a different location than the system itself!
